This piece was made to demostrate the best and worst times of American Nuclear Science. It's actually one dynamic piece that gives a different view when flipped.

So Basically it shows the "Best" represented by the first space shuttle, Columbia. When flipped upside down it shows the "Worst" represented by one of the atomic bombs dropped in Japan during WWII.
